2DayMVP provides rapid web application development services. We commit to delivering a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) within the specified timeframe.

2. Payment

Payment is required upfront before work begins. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.

3. Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within the promised timeframe. However, complex requirements or technical challenges may require additional time, which will be communicated promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the delivered code and assets. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not share sensitive information without explicit permission.

6. Communication

Clear and timely communication is essential. We will maintain regular contact throughout the development process via agreed-upon channels.

7. Modifications

Minor revisions are included in the service. Major changes or additional features may require separate agreements or additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for consequential damages or lost profits.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds for termination will be handled according to our refund policy.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
